Start-ups
Start-ups are creative risk-takers who shape the future, and they have our full support! AMNorman started out as a start-up itself, so we know better than anyone what support may be needed. Every year, we invest in projects or organisations in our field that share our values and need a little push. We provide specialised advice, coaching and training, and help guide them through the administrative maze (approval, registration, notification, traceability and self-checking), all at a very favourable rate.
Some example projects:
- The education and care of children is crucial. That is why organisations that coach, train and look after children have our full respect, all the more so when it comes to vulnerable groups. AMNorman likes to support them by setting up a self-checking system or by coaching staff in areas such as food safety and self-checking.
- Like many others, we are concerned about the environmental impact of our mobility and support initiatives that reduce it. We support them by sharing our experience of the legal aspects and by monitoring compliance.
- We are convinced that local processing and distribution of food offers tremendous added value, not only for farmers and the local livestock sector but also for society as a whole.
