Certification
AMNorman is Qfor-certified.
Qfor is a benchmark for the quality of training and advisory organisations. The Qfor quality certificate is awarded to organisations that meet strict quality standards, and is based on a customer satisfaction survey carried out independently by third parties.
Qfor certification is also a requirement for providing training and advice as an Alimento-approved company. As a result, companies in Joint Committees 118 (food industry workers) and 220 (food industry employees) can receive subsidies for training and advice provided by AMNorman.

Choosing Quality Coaching was a very deliberate decision. Both companies have in-depth, complementary expertise and share the same approach: delivering excellent quality and a way of working that focuses on people, not systems. We also prefer local roots to an international partnership.
