An in-house training session at your own offices is advantageous in several ways:

Cost-efficient: the price of an in-house training session is lower than external courses. You pay a daily rate per group and do not need to register and pay separately for each participant.
Tailored approach: we factor your organisation's specific needs into the training. Think of internal CCPs, specific cleaning schedules, etc.
Practical focus: case studies and questions from your own organisation align theory with practice
Consistency: your employees attend the same training together, gaining the same knowledge and competencies

Existing training courses

We offer an extensive range of training courses relevant to the food industry, animal feed industry and packaging industry. Topics such as risk analysis, food safety, labelling, quality management and product development are covered. We also occasionally offer these courses as open training sessions. An in-house training session is always possible too.

KMO, subsidiemogelijkheden opleidingen

Our company is a registered service provider under the KMO-portefeuille (Flemish SME subsidy scheme). Through the KMO-portefeuille, you can receive up to 30% subsidy (depending on the size of your company) on the price of our training courses (excluding VAT). Alimento, subsidies opleidinge

Alimento focuses on the Belgian food industry. Their services apply to employees covered by joint committees 118 (manual workers in the food industry) and 220 (clerical staff in the food industry). Our Alimento accreditation offers considerable benefits for our clients in the food industry. For example, a subsidy of €210 per half-day session is available for in-company training.

Logos

For clerical staff employed under joint committee 226 (clerical staff in international trade, transport and logistics), you can apply for subsidies for our training courses through the LOGOS training fund. KMO

VIVO distributes the training budget that childcare services and out-of-school care initiatives (IBO) can also use (joint committee 331). Training costs can be reimbursed provided they meet VIVO's conditions. More information can be found on the VIVO.

From quality challenges to a clear digitalisation roadmap

Rousselot Gent wanted to gain insight into the digitalisation level of its quality department, without starting from a specific IT solution straight away. Through interviews, stakeholder mapping and a walk-through of the shop floor, the Quality Digitalization Assessment mapped out where manual, fragmented and duplicate data processing was causing lost time, errors and extra costs.

Dankzij AMNorman werd onze partij vrijgegeven

Na een niet-conform FAVV-analyseresultaat werd een volledige partij pesticiden geblokkeerd. AMNorman begeleidde ons bij de verdedigingsanalyse, het deskundigenverslag en de communicatie met het FAVV.

De nieuwe analyse bevestigde dat ons product conform was en dat het oorspronkelijke resultaat te wijten was aan onvoldoende homogenisatie van het staal. Daarop werd de volledige partij opnieuw vrijgegeven.
