Voordelen van in-house trainingen

Een in-house training bij jou op kantoor is voordelig op verschillende manieren:

Kostenefficiënt: de prijs van een in-house training is lager dan van externe opleidingen. Je betaalt een dagprijs per groep en moet niet per deelnemer apart een inschrijving betalen.
Maatwerk: we nemen specifieke organisatiebehoeften mee op in de training. Denk aan interne CCP’s, specifieke reinigingssschema’s etc.
Praktijkgericht: cases en vraagstukken uit jouw organisatie stemmen theorie en praktijk op elkaar af
Uniformiteit: je medewerkers volgen samen dezelfde opleiding en doen dus dezelfde kennis en competenties op
Flexibiliteit: bepaal zelf waar en wanneer de opleiding plaatsvindt en wie er deelneemt
Interactie: we moedigen gesprekken tussen deelnemers aan. Zo bevorderen we het groepsgevoel en benadrukken we het organisatiebelang

Bestaande opleidingen

We hebben een uitgebreid aanbod aan trainingen relevant voor de voedingssector, diervoedingssector en de verpakkingssector. Zowel risicoanalyse, voedselveiligheid, etikettering, kwaliteitsmanagement en productontwikkeling komen aan bod. We bieden de trainingen ook af en toe als open opleiding aan. Een in-house training is ook altijd mogelijk.

Subsidiemogelijkheden vormingen

KMO, subsidiemogelijkheden opleidingen

Onze onderneming is geregistreerd dienstverlener onder de KMO-portefeuille. Via de KMO-portefeuille kan je tot 30% subsidie ontvangen (afhankelijk van de grootte van jouw onderneming) op de kostprijs van onze opleidingen (exclusief BTW). Alimento, subsidies opleidinge

Alimento richt zich op de Belgische voedingsindustrie. Hun dienstverlening is van toepassing voor medewerkers verbonden aan paritaire comités 118 (arbeiders uit de voedingsindustrie) en 220 (bedienden uit de voedingsindustrie). Onze Alimento-erkenning biedt heel wat voordelen voor onze klanten in de voedingsindustrie. Zo is een subsidie mogelijk voor in-company trainingen van € 210 per sessie van een halve dag.

Logos

Voor bedienden tewerkgesteld onder het paritair comité 226 (bedienden uit de internationale handel, het vervoer en de logistiek) kan je voor onze opleidingen een aanvraag tot subsidiëring indienen bij het vormingsfonds LOGOS. KMO

Het VIVO verdeelt het vormingsbudget waar ook de kinderopvang en initiatieven voor buitenschoolse opvang (IBO) gebruik van kunnen maken (paritair comité 331). Opleidingskosten kunnen worden terugbetaald indien deze voldoen aan de voorwaarden van het VIVO. Meer informatie vind je op de website van het VIVO.

Thanks to AMNorman, our batch was released

Following a non-compliant FASFC analysis result, a full batch of pesticides was blocked. AMNorman supported us throughout the defence analysis, the expert report and communication with the FASFC.

The new analysis confirmed that our product was compliant and that the original result was due to insufficient homogenisation of the sample. The full batch was then released again.
