Your responsibilities as a quality management advisor - meat sector
You mainly work in the East and West Flanders region, at slaughterhouses, cutting plants and meat processing companies.
- Advising clients on national and international legislation and regulations;
- Supporting or carrying out risk analyses and translating these hazards into a control plan in line with legislation and expectations;
- Guiding clients through their certification journey towards standards such as Febev+, BePork, BLK, BVI, Belbeef and BelPlume, retailer specifications and BIO;
- Organising inspections and internal audits to monitor compliance with rules and animal welfare requirements;
- Maintaining implemented quality systems through internal audits, management reviews, quality meetings, inspections, HACCP reviews, validations & verifications…;
- Guiding re-engineering projects (reviewing existing quality systems with a view to simplifying them).
About you
You have a good command of Dutch, French and English. You are punctual, accurate and able to turn observations into clear advice for the client. You work perfectly with MS Office. Experience as a QA and/or in quality management is an additional asset. You are available full-time.
