standardization of quality, food safety and operational criteria and make sure the
producers fulfill their legal obligation and offer protection to the customer.
Certification according to the BRCGS norms is often a fundamental requirement of
leading retailers and foodservice companies and products.
The BRC Global Standard for Storage and Distribution, Food Safety, Packaging Materials and Agents
and Brokers are GFSI certified as well.
